No, unfortunately we do not groom cats.
Pricing will vary based on dog temperament, size, weight, behavior, grooming frequency, as well as coat type and condition. As of January 2024, tiny/teacup type breeds start at $85, while full-sized doodles start at $150. The final cost depends on many factors, including but not limited to the above listed ones. We can give more accurate estimates when seeing your dog in person.
All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins, and we generally do not offer same-day appointments.
We do keep cages/crates on hand for safety reasons and utilize them as necessary. We strongly recommend that dog owners crate train their dogs. A lot of our well-behaved dogs will wait for their parents to pick them up in our "window seat."
Each of our groomers only takes one client at a time, and each dog gets groomed straight through. There may be minimal overlap between appointments, but we do keep guest dogs separated from each other. Guest dogs are not permitted to interact with each other.
No, due to the strict nature of one-on-one grooming, we cannot accept early drop-offs or late pick-ups.
Duration varies depending on your dog, but generally we allot between 45-120 minutes for a bath dog, and 90-210 minutes for a full groom dog, depending on the pup's size and the complexity of the haircut.

In accordance with Pennsylvania state law, we require all client dogs aged 16 weeks or older to have a valid rabies vaccination, and proof of such has to be presented before any services can be rendered.
While we do not require it, we also strongly recommend that all our clients are up to date on their bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine as a precaution.
In lieu of a rabies vaccine we will also accept a letter of exemption from your veterinarian. The letter must be signed by the veterinarian and contain their contact information.
We will also accept titer tests under the same requirements.

Dogs with cancer, epilepsy, congenital heart failure, etc, we will evaluate on a case by case basis. A veterinarian's note may be required.
